Modern, Well-Managed & Great Facilities

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Deansgate, Manchester has its pros and cons. The area is buzzing with energy, offering a great range of shops, restaurants, and bars — you're never short of places to eat or grab a drink. There are also some lovely open spaces nearby, like Castlefield and the canals, which are perfect for walks. Transport links are excellent, with Deansgate and Oxford Road stations nearby, plus plenty of trams and buses. However, traffic can be heavy, especially at peak times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Rasheed was very responsive and accommodating during the midterm inspection. He arrived on time, called before entering, was polite and friendly throughout, and even took his shoes off without being asked — a really professional approach.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One useful thing to know is that North Tower is directly connected to the gym and spa facilities, making access really convenient, especially in bad weather. West Tower residents need to take a short outdoor walk to get there — not a big deal, but worth noting if that’s important to you.
