The surrounding area is very pleasant. Many good restaurants and shops. Well-connected by public transport, only 2 mins walk to DLR.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is great. Dean João is a very nice guy, friendly and professional. He helped me with a variety of repairs and each time he has done an excellent job.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you haven't lived in a high-rise building before, be prepared that during windy days there will be some noise coming from the walls and ceiling. Might be an issue if you're a light sleeper.

The tube is really accessible here, with the DLR right around the corner and Jubilee and Elizabeth lines nearby as well. Plenty of grocery stores within 5-10 minutes walking distance, restaurants, and coffee shops. We're also right by the water which makes for great scenic walks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance requests are quickly addressed on the day they are sent in. Staff is very prompt.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None that I can think of - we had a good sense of the place upon move-in.

Great location to Victoria park! Nice views by the canal, with great coffee shops and restaurants around the flat.

Issues do get fixed but often takes a couple days for response. Overall really good

Nothing to complain, it's a beautiful location. Flat could do with abit more tlc with a modern touch.

Close proximity to all the major amenity in town like, gym, park,school, hospital,train station etc..

Parking is separately paid for not included in the rent

What is the best feature of your home:

My Balcony is facing the central park which I love, having my morning coffee over looking the park is a luxury of life.
