The area is full of groceries stores, pubs, parks and tube/train stations. It’s a really great and young neighborhood with lots os places to visit.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always promptly helped with any issue with the apartment/appliances

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe a guide of what’s interesting to do in the area

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is great, there is a lot of life about but the building is very safe and secure. Bethnal Green is a great location and it is also then easy to get to Victoria Park, Brick Lane, Shoreditch and the Columbia Road Flower Market on Sundays.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the team always acknowledge any emails sent and then respond quickly with updates.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The trains do take a bit of getting used to, but you get used to it quickly and then it isn't noticeable. It is definitely better than having a main road next door.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall speaking, I am very satisfied of my apartment and the service team of the building. The location is very convenient. Local groceries, fresh market , library, parks and public transportation are all within walking distance. The design of the building and apartments are all great. Parking for cars and bikes is secured and convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very responsive and have passion to provide a better living service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't know some public function room such as cinema and public kitchen are charged. When I was toured of the building, they didn't mention the details. So I was a bit disappointed to find it's actually not free to use for tenants. Most tenants are young people. It's good to know who are your news neighbors before you move it.

Finest of brutalist architecture but needs some work on fostering a sense of community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location: Withing walking distance to DLR, Elizabeth Line and various buses. Local amenities: Area undergoing gentrification. Pizza Room is great. Chrisp St Market is great for produce. Unfortunately there's some rubbish around the area and unpleasantness such as vape cartridges and fried chicken bags but it is not so bad.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, this has improved greatly. I had significant number of problems when I moved in but most of these were resolved after much follow up on my part.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The CBRE guy was not quite truthful about certain things like the the social club downstairs.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have been living in this area for 2 years now so when the development started advertising, it was a no brainer to put the deposit down and move in to Balfron Tower as I had never once felt unsafe walking home late at night by myself in this area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff are very helpful with getting things resolved though maintenance could be slow at times

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are alternatives commute- buses to stratford, Canary Wharf and close to a couple DLR stations.
