Gym on 1st floor makes way too much noise

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The gym is on the 1st floor, and the noise from it propagates up to at least the 6th floor, probably higher. People dropping heavy weights travels through the concrete, sometimes as late as 11pm. Very annoying.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The noise from the gym and weights being dropped on the 1st floor travels high up the building.
What is the best feature of your home:
The furnishings inside the apartment are quite moderns and well made.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s good to be connected by tube to virtually anywhere in London but there is little to none connection by walk. So if the tube does not go, there are only lengthy bus alternatives. good bike lanes around. Canada Water is very residential and there aren’t many cafes, restaurants or bars. There is something on Lower Road but we rarely hang out local. Southwark park is nice, not big but definitely good for a run/walk. There is one small Sainsbury’s and a big Tesco in Surrey Quays Centre which will soon close. Not a big choice of supermarkets. Over the weekend there is a cute market in the main square with fresh produce. No parking available. The river is close and with a 20 min walk around Rotherhite one can find nice views and river walks, also going through a nice park. Overall a great location for travelling around London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Cleaning of the building is below average. As for maintenance works, every query was responded on time, and maintenance has been timely. The gym is a good amenity but we raised some issues with a group of residents and they were not addressed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The tennis court is available only few hours a day, the area is averagely quiet, flats are very warm during summer but also warm enough not to use a lot of heating during winter.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Area is great but is getting crowded by the day due to many new developments coming up. Its still very well connected and lot of green areas near by which make CW a great option.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they do respond to all basic issues when raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Check in with your neighbours on the issues with water or lift in your tower

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good connections to central. Nice shops nearby. Good green spaces nearby. Traffic noise is not a problem.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. They've replied. Often quite quickly but sometimes with delays, or forget to see an issue through to completion, meaning I have to chase.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The quality of the building materials. Noise insulation from above is not sufficient. Also issues with mice, silverfish and hot water.
