It’s a very good area to live with family, specially if you have kids. Lampton park is just around the corner

Walking distance to tube station. H20 busses literary parks outside our building.

What is the best feature of your home:

The park, balcony facing the park is the best thing.

Great transport links. Very sociable area in the middle of town. Some anti-social behaviour on the weekends

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Property manager Catherine is slow with responding to emails. She then gets frustrated when tenants reach out to other management

Rent increases every year regardless of inflation.

Close proximity to all the major amenity in town like, gym, park,school, hospital,train station etc..

Parking is separately paid for not included in the rent

What is the best feature of your home:

My Balcony is facing the central park which I love, having my morning coffee over looking the park is a luxury of life.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice and quiet neighborhood. There is a high street 10min walk south. Asda and other supermarkets are very accessible, too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the service charge would be changing this much after just moving in one year.

What is the best feature of your home:

The view is the best part of my apartment. You can see the park from the balcony.

Very near to shops and restaurants. Convenient transport facilities yet have a peaceful and green space around.

Very long processing time before handover of the house.

Love the quality of work and the space management.
