The property is in a good location and close proximity to so many restaurants, transportation, shopping centres and sporting facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They management staff are proactive and very helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The double glazing windows make the apartment warm and reduce noise from outside. This made it suitable for a good home working environment.

5 mins walk from underground and bus station, shopping centers and a cinema nearby. A convenient development

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They reply emails whenever they want, maybe days after the first email. Almost not pick up calls, even though the emergency number they provided. When they respond and pick up a call, it can be an impatient response; if you are lucky, you can find empty apologies, but the concerns are never addressed.

The change in management could make huge different

The property was recently purchased and has no cleaner and they have reduced services. They do not communicate and multiple calls for repairs have been ignored by the new management, including self assessed emergency maintenance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There has been little to minimal response. No presence, little contact and no resolution. Overflowing toilets, no cleaning, communal areas filthy. All this in less than 2 weeks property management. Not sure how aware owners are because all contact is via the problem.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The new management occurred mud tenancy. They have removed agreed services and imposed processes that do not work e.g contacting is difficult but necessary to report issues but noone responds.

living in Bradstwe's house is peace of mind. the teamwork in the building is helpful and the maintenance is great. the place is quiet and safe, and every member of their office is keen to help and support with my needs. if I will go back to live in London I will choose this place. I recommend this place for any family with children because it is near to outstanding schools and shopping malls.

I wish I had known how to choose my energy and water company to choose the right one from the beginning.

A good living environment that cannot do without good management

There is no doubt this development is very convenient — easy access to facilities such as shops, supermarkets, theatre within walking distance. It is worth mentioning that roads and pedestrian pavements near this development are recently revamped providing us with better safety and aesthetics. One discrepancy in this area that seems unavoidable is the traffic noise (sirens of ambulance, police cars) since this development is situated at the road junction. As a whole, the friendliness of people and the cleanliness of environment make us enjoy living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management liaises well with tenants on issues such as boiler checking, door safety, window cleansing, construction works in the building. A recent example: fixing the problems of my cooking hobs and water tap. I am impressed by Szymon, once receiving my request, promptly arranging his colleague to my flat . Also, I appreciate Alex, an experienced maintenance staff, who diagnosed the problems and solved them immediately to my satisfaction. May I take this opportunity to thank you and Alex for your dedicated work in small matters like these.

A very convenient place. A development where people live in harmony. Friendly and helpful staff in the management office.
