Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Incredible local area, as good as you could want in London - ample bars, cafes, restaurants within walking distance. Never short of options around the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really poor response. Initially good response over email but the ability to repair even the most basic issues is terrible - totally and utterly unreliable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That if anything in the apartment broke it would be almost impossible to get it fixed (even if you dedicate day after day after day to waiting at home for repair people to come - they'll just stare at the problem, take a picture of it and then leave never to be seen again).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A great location and a really well built building, but the support from the company is quite lacking and issues tend to go unresolved for quite a long time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The response has generally been quite poor, I've had to invest hours and hours of my life into trying to get simple issues resolved, with limited success.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the roof in the corridor was prone to leaking every month or two and it would take a few weeks to a few months each time for repairs to be made.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is wonderful. There is a large range of shops on the local high street and many great restaurants. The building is well situated for public transport. There is often a lot of litter on the street on which the building is situated and sometimes in front of the building. The street often has a raw sewage smell. The noise from the canal travels onto our street but the street is generally quite.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes building management is polite, and timely with responding to problems and issues. However my experience is that they struggle to get clear resolutions from A2Dominion.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The ongoing sewage smell in apartments and challenge with resolving common area problems.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is really good, as it is both quiet and with super markets and bus stop within walking distance. The subway is far as you need at least a 15min walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are a bit slow. We had issues with the elevators being broken.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, you do get what you see. Really positive.

Incredible amenities available at this location - easy walking distance to shoreditch, brick lane, liverpool street, angel and highbury.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes yes, but generally this has been very hit and miss. Some repairs have never been done despite ridiculous efforts made to coordinate.

Just how good the location was - can't beat the array of options available at the doorstep.
