the area is growing since elizabeth line and more shops are opening in the high street. It’s safe and very close to ealing broadway and many parks

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

yes, issues are reported online and we get updates

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

the train station is still about 10 min away - not a big issue but something to keep in mind

West Ealing is a well-connected and diverse area with a mix of positives and challenges. The Good: • Shops & Restaurants: The area has a good mix of independent and chain stores, including a large Waitrose, Lidl, and Sainsbury’s. There are also diverse restaurants and cafes offering cuisines from Middle Eastern to South Asian. • Green Spaces: Walpole Park and Dean Gardens provide pleasant green spaces for relaxation and outdoor activities. • Transport: West Ealing benefits from the Elizabeth Line, making central London easily accessible. Multiple bus routes and proximity to Ealing Broadway offer further transport options. • Community Feel: The area has a strong community presence with local events, farmers’ markets, and cultural activities. The Challenges: • Traffic & Parking: Parking can be difficult, especially on side streets, with Controlled Parking Zones (CPZ) limiting options. Traffic congestion is common on Uxbridge Road. • Bin Collections & Cleanliness: Some issues with missed bin collections and occasional fly-tipping, particularly near rental properties. • Anti-Social Behaviour: Dean Gardens and surrounding areas sometimes experience anti-social behaviour, particularly in the evenings. • Development & Noise: Ongoing construction and increasing high-rise developments have brought more noise and a busier feel. The location is convenient for transport; however, the area suffers from persistent anti-social behaviour and crime, with little visible enforcement or intervention from the authorities. A2Dominion has been largely unresponsive, and while the on-site property managers make an effort, they appear to lack the necessary support from their back office to implement meaningful improvements.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A2Dominion’s responses are often delayed, incomplete, and sometimes contradictory. Repairs, even in critical areas such as the lifts, take an unreasonably long time to be addressed—an especially serious issue in a four-story building with only one lift.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about A2Dominion’s poor treatment of tenants before moving in. The experience has been disappointing and detracts from what is otherwise a well-designed development in a convenient location.

very close to the train line. The location is booming since Elisabeth line, with many shops and restaurants and nice parks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It is possible to report issues through an online portal and they tend to be responded to in a timely manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The development is 10min walk to the train station, and the trains are only every 15min so need to be timed properly
