very close to the train line. The location is booming since Elisabeth line, with many shops and restaurants and nice parks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It is possible to report issues through an online portal and they tend to be responded to in a timely manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The development is 10min walk to the train station, and the trains are only every 15min so need to be timed properly

Great place to live, great house and location. Would recommend to anyone wishing to live in Ealing in west London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall they have responded quickly, highly recommend.

Nothing comes to mind. I would recommend the building and housing management company.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is very nice and the location is great, with easy access to plenty of public transport as well as to the main highways into the north and west. Unfortunately west ealing is an area forgotten by the council, hence you have a lot of ASB and crime issues around here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded late and most of the time the issue was not solved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The fact the development is on district heating, which means you cannot chose your own energy provider for hot water and heating. You are stuck with Vital Energi, which charges approx. three times the national gas cap (because district heating customers are not protected by the energy price cap) and tenants have zero control over it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good location, close to groceries, restaurants, gym/green spaces, etc. You can have a good life balance here where transports to Heathrow airport and city centre are great with Elizabeth line.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never had major issues but when had minor issues they were resolved quickly.

Nothing comes to mind, the experience has been great.

Very good location with lots of restaurants, gym close and local shops next to it as it is close enough to high street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never had main issues but housing management seemed to be on top of things.

Nothing that I can think of. My experience has been great.
