The local area is a great place to live, with a pleasant atmosphere and a strong sense of community. One downside, however, is the transportation. The nearest tube station is about a 15-minute walk away, which can be inconvenient, especially when in a hurry.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The transportation is really not convenient, it would be great if the property could have Uber bike spot to ride and park the bike

What is the best feature of your home:

Nice environment, good facilities, friendly staff.

Lots of restaurants, bars and open spaces within walkable distance. It would be great when there is a shop on the site for convenience. Some noise from passing police cars but not unusual for London. Transport links are great, both overground and underground nearby with loads of buses too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Noise from construction and plans for building opposite in terms of being overlooked

What is the best feature of your home:

Concierge. Also a load of storage built into the floor plates in the flats.

The street feels relatively safe but I think it’s being used as a cut through this means speeding cars and motorcycles going past ALOT. Good to be in between tube and overground stations. Still waiting on facilities to be finished like coffee shop, nursery etc etc.

Ask more questions. Make sure you’re happy with the answers.

What is the best feature of your home:

The living/dining area is a great size. Really spacious.

Great shopping nearby, but there’s no parking for azure house. Wood Green mall is always busy and Crouch End close by

That my flat was north facing and had two buildings much higher either side. It’s very dark I get no sunlight

What is the best feature of your home:

Underfloor heating and dishwasher. The wardrobe is also really convenient

There is a coffee shop, restaurant being opened so looking forward to having that. There is also a new coop opening this year in the area.

The service charges are really expensive I hope they can lower the rate

The amenities are one of the best I have seen in London
