Love that we are between Hornsey and Haringey as both areas have so much to offer!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were pretty quick to come to the flat to fix the snags we had raised.

How loud the trains are! We heard a couple when visiting but the windows were shut so we didn’t get the full impact.

This is an area with an amazing potential

The possibility to change some design/equipment before completion

The bathroom I don’t like the bath, I would prefer a shower instead

The area is fantastic, there is a number of shops and restaurants near by but the high point is being so near to the train station. As there are no other tall buildings blocking the view it really feels open and spacious.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we'd known about the communal boiler as the heating costs are really high even if you don't use any heating because of the standard maintenance charge. It'd be good to be able to switch providers etc

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen, the appliances and lay out are fabulous. and the cupboards, so much storage!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hornsey, Crouch end and Alexandra palace. Lovely areas to be around and enjoy. Hornsey station very convenient for connection to the centre ad well as to Finsbury park for the tube. Not many cafes/restaurants etc in the absolute vicinity but if you walk/ride slightly further there are plenty.

Arranged appointments kindly and promptly for repairs, etc.

What to do with the ‘air wall-holes’. Cold gets through in the winter.

The area is great

That the post was so bad and this is due to the addresses for the whole block not being properly registered by the developer.
