Good variety of local shops and easy access to transport. However parking is terrible. Wish there were more spaces for residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have tried, although still loads of work needs done

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking. Not every resident is able to park, and seems very unfair that the shops on the front have allocated parking spaces but residents do not.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The neighbourhood is nice and co-op and Lloyds park make the difference making life easier. Student from Walthamstow academy are spending their lunch breaks shouting and kicking balls.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every time we called for an issue they responded promptly

I can’t think of anything, we are happy with the neighbourhood

We are overall happy about Banbury park. The coop next door is perfect for last minute shop although a little expensive. The playgrounds are nice for the kids and so conveniently close to the building we live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always reponded promptly, only the pigeon issue in the garage seems to be unsolved.

We are happy to live here, we had a good 3 years run, we like our neighbours and everything.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Brilliant selection of local shops including a multitude of independents (coffee shops, florists etc) and bigger name retailers. Lovely green spaces nearby and canal perfect for running/cycling. Cycling really promoted in the area with lots of cycling paths etc. Surprisingly little road noise.

How increasingly difficult it would be to park in side roads. Makes it hard for visitors.

More parking. Not many properties have access to spaces and they are expensive to rent.

The building is nice however there are no security cameras nor restrictions put in place for littering

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please add cameras, remove grass and replace with rubber flooring in communic areas because it makes the whole area dirty. Remove ball games. Put fencing up per tenant for privacy.
