Great amenities in the local area - lots has popped up over the last year. Strong community feel in development

Been ok - sometimes slow but has improved with new property manager POC

Connecting with neighbours through Facebook and Whatsapp is helpful

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is close to the tube station. It is quite safe to live in the area. However, the neighbourhood could be kept cleaner.

A lot of little bugs around.

The climbing centre is very close by and the Co-op is just around the corner. There are a few coffee shops in the area however I feel that there isn't a lot of nightlife. Also there isn't a gym close by.

I like the good transport links, the fact that it starts forming an identity, the Blackhorse workshop is nearby which is a community space for wood and metral work to be carried out. It is also right next to the Wetlands.

Loads of positive things but nothing specific

The area is convenient , close to the tube, many shops nearby. There is a nice cafe and a chinese restaurant on the main street . Nevertheless, I don't feel that the area is safe.
