Living at Gallions Point in E16 is fantastic. The modern apartments, scenic Thames views, and excellent transport links make daily life convenient. Nearby amenities like Gallions Reach Shopping Park and green spaces add to the appeal. The area’s ongoing regeneration creates a vibrant community, blending tranquility with easy access to central London.

Parking can be limited and expensive, which might be an issue for those who rely on a car. This is worth considering beforehand.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best aspect of my home at Gallions Point is undoubtedly the breathtaking views. I can watch planes gracefully take off and land at London City Airport, and the glittering skyline of Canary Wharf creates a stunning backdrop, especially at night.

I really like the location right next to the dlr with new shops opening up and how close it is to the Thames path and greenway which are lovely to run and cycle along

How much the value of new builds drop after first purchase

I think the finish is lovely and size is great for a 1 bed in for London.

the place is near to the dlr station however it is far from central london and shops for the purchases and from the gym. rents are higher compared to the loction

look out for the options to the office and nearby shopping places

The area is really nice and calm. I love the buildings and the park areas they have built. Never feel unsafe walking around

Perfect place to live, everything is close by in terms of dlr next door, there is a local pub, restaurant and other outlets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick responses from management when having issues with property, so far from living here for 2 years, haven't had any issues. But the team are great and happy to help straight away.

Amazing neighbours that have turned into a great community, very friendly and welcoming once moving in to your property.
