Tottenham Hale is in London without it feeling like london, with the wetlands nearby, the canal and parks it’s a very green area but you can get into the city quickly with good transport links. Downsides are it’s not got much in terms of restaurants and nightlife but it’s getting better.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are normally pretty quick and helpful (Other than the broken lift which took about a year to fix).

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the downstairs gym is basically unusable if there if more than two people in it. Just get a membership elsewhere.

Good Aspects: 6 min walk to tottenham hale station 10 min walk to various shops and supermarkets Quite and cozy area Bad Aspects Very few cafes and restaurants around Noises from constructions nearby

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast response via Email and cooperative/reassuring staff. However some of the issues takes long time to be fixed. Example/ one elevator was not working for approximately 3 months. Key replacement took around 4 months.

six or twelve monthly upfront payments for students.

Quite good links with a retail park around, Tesco and Asda express open till late, Good bus services parking available while shifting

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The property team at reception is very kind, helpful and quick to solve problems and bring out bright events

Very quick access to tube for commuting - lots of local shops and beautiful fresh air! Quick bin collections and friendly staff

Quick, prompt and professionally. Always been on point with any issues

Not really much to say here… the place is amazing and it properly feels like home!

There is no great variety of shops and we have to frequently travel out or use online services. There is 1 local pub. The station is only 5 minutes away which is nice. A lot of youth's use the outside of the building to take drugs frequently which provides a dangerous atmosphere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we have complained about the windows not being attached to the building correctly and them still not being so after 2 attempts. The sink and washing machine were fixed correctly. The elevators frequently break down.

How much the rent goes up per year is a bit extortionate. I would of been able to afford a 2 bed 2 years ago at the current price with no additional improvements to our apartment in that time
