Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I am speaking about Dovetail Place, the building is new but management is so poor. Basically we have a bin store, but in the past random homeless were entering and sleeping there and apparently there has been an episode of aggression. Now it is constantly dirty, not sure why, if it is due to tenants or people entering (it is key locked, but...). Delivery is a mess: for some reasons riders cannot find the building, any other deliver goes inside the building but delivery guys never go to the door, and they leave parcels next to the lift and they usually got stolen. There are random unfriendly faces going around in the area, at every time, but apart from sporadic gun fight in the main street, nothing really bad has ever happened.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had few problems only when I arrived, and contacting the property manager was hard and painful as delivering a baby. Lately, with the recurring problem with lift and parcels, my neighbours were able to get in contact easily, within the day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lift is broken more often than expected, and if you want a delivery either it will be stolen, or the delivery guy will never find the building, resulting in less then 20% deliveries (of any type: deliveroo, amazon, parcels...) being successful

location and local amenities are excellent, there is some anti social behaviour but nothing above and beyond the ordinary for London

as mentioned above, a lot of chasing required. lack of online system/quick method to report issues

The development is well located for green spaces. downhill park, wetlands and woodberry down are all walking distance

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent transport links and open spaces nearby. You can cycle down to the canal in less than 10 min. Quiet street just off a main road where there are all sorts of shops. There is a great Turkish supermarket in the corner that stocks super fresh fruit and veggies plus lots of organic food.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management company addresses all issues that arise in a fast manner.

Seven Sisters is an up-and-coming part of London so still a bit rough around the edges but it means it has character.

Great transport links. Up and coming area. Great from an investment point of view.

The area can feel a bit rough though personally I have never had any issues.

Gets very warm in summer but requires minimum to no heating in winter.

I dislike the shops cos they have limited items but the neighborhood is really nice

Parking is poor
