The good is, is crime frem so far, hopefully it continues. The bad is, we have no parking space, hopefully it will be provided in the future
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I can say the are good listeners, they give you attention and try as much as the can to solve you problems.

Parking space, it is really needed , I have a lot of neighbours who have car without a parking space

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good links to transports , wish there was more facilities with shops/ cafes etc … also the road in between Edmund point and waterway house is heavily trafficked by big Lorrie’s and flooring is uneven not making it a great cross , still don’t think it is to do with the development.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes immediately, anything I reported was dealt with promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Lots of trains coming by , so please bear in mind, we are so used to it , that it does not matter anymore to us, you get used to it.

Few shops, train noise little bit, parking is available at a charge, bus is available downstairs and. The location is good

Yes they responded to the issues although we have to mark it as a priority

The noise of trains creates vibrations although it's not too bad.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are local shops about 15 to 20 minutes walk away from the residence. We have a good transport network in terms of buses that are available every 9 minutes and for 24 hours. The train line is noisy. The streets are quiet most times except for cars on the road. There is no parking in the area but we have a paid parking around the corner. Tenants who have dogs do not clean after their dogs therefore the place is littered.

Still trying ro figure out how to use the underfloor heating
