Really close to local high street which has a lot of bars and shops, right on bus routes which is handy for commuting to nearby towns

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Varies quite vastly, at times can be prompt others can wait weeks for a response - seems to be better as of late

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how thin walls and ceilings were between flats, I also wish I knew that the hallways would not be cleaned/retouched regularly

Fantastic location bid 2bedroomed apartment so close to Norton village and that great vibe, Bus stops so close and 10 min drive into Stockton-On-Tees.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly for most issues but very slow when it’s going to be a costly process

Internet isn’t great in some apartments.kind of depends where you’re located within the complex.

Great area to live Close to transport links (buses) and local shops (tesco, lidl and aldi) Has parking for any drivers However near a busy stop light. But quiet at night

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded as quickly as they possibly can usually with in 24 hours

Everyone usually keeps to themselves. Its usually quiet.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s close to shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite or run errands. Public transport is convenient with nearby bus stops. There are also some nice parks and green spaces, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The neighbourhood feels safe and welcoming. I haven’t experienced any antisocial behaviour so far.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is an online system where we can report an issue or problem. I haven’t used it yet but this system seems convenient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I did a lot of research on this place before moving in, so I don't think there is anything I wish I had known before I moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have very few problems with the other Tenants, there have been situations with people partying long into the night on a work day and the complaints were ignored by Ocasa. I recently had to pay a significant portion of my saving due to an oversite in their system from nearly a year ago. Trying to get in touch with them is a huge pain but as long as you don't run into any issues that you need them to fix and don't care about the security door constantly being broke days after they fix it and it not getting fixed till months afterwards it a good area to live, very cheap and looks very nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They usually don't respond till it's already fixed but if it isn't fixed by the tenants by the time they respond they do get people out pretty quickly, you do need to pester them a lot to fix any bug issues though.

I wish I knew about the signal issues and how difficult Ocasa would be to deal with if anything ever goes wrong.
