Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love the area - so close to beautiful little cafes and shops in deBeauvior, or up the canal to Angel or Hackney. Being on a residential street is a real win for London as it keeps noise to a minimum at night. The biggest challenge with the area is probably theft of bicycles - it’s been an issue in Hackney for a while and definitely getting worse.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Safety concerns about parcels and bicycles - as mine was stolen from the parking lot secure bike storage. Service charge increases

What is the best feature of your home:

Huge glass floor to ceiling windows that bring in so much light!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are multiple schools nearby along with the Britannia leisure centre and shoreditch library. Also close to main stations Old Street, Hoxton, Essex Road and others. It is a relatively quite neighbourhood. Great places to have a walk and have a family time like the canal walk, shoreditch and rosemary parks

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Service tax has been increasing considerably and is quite high compared to facilities provided

What is the best feature of your home:

Great ventilation and natural sunlight thanks to Juliette balconies

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, with lots of amenities, fitness centres, bars, coffee shops, restaurants near by. There is shoreditch park and Regent's canal around the corner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had millions of ASB because of the neighbours downstairs. I wish the sales team told me who the lower flats were rented to.

What is the best feature of your home:

I really like the location, and my flat design is great.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is very good although not close.to a tube. But hey hum. Good is close to canal and parks and walkable to city and islington town centre. Bad is not close.to tube and buses stressed here. Also bad is Hackney and Islington implementing anti-car measures since moving in to the point traffic is very bad. I am a cyclist by the way.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The fact that our management of our building costs double 4 years on than what we started with. Also more about adjacent developments which has prevented sun light from our south facing property. Good was knowing the area. Bad: not knowing all the residents - majority (including social) very nice. Minority a real problem that makes it poor for all of us (we had a neighbour move out because they were threatened). That's very very poor.

What is the best feature of your home:

Heat efficiency. Good hard wood doors. Good quality floor. Good balcony size. Lighting also advantageous.
