I really love staying in this apartment, it's like living in a hotel, the services that they offer is amazing

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they respond timeously and sort out issues quick as well

My apartment balcony faces boxpark, which can get noisy

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great shops nearby, easy access for groceries especially with new stores opening recently (tian tian market, bubble tea). Transport is great with wembley park station nearby. Can have issues getting in and out on event day. There is no free parking which is an issue when having guests over, and private parking in the flat is extremely expensive. However, I feel safe in the area and thats very important to me.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond in a timely manner, can make a complaint via app or speak to concierge.

Utilities can be more expensive than expected at times

Wembley Park is a great place to live in - there are many supermarkets close by (Lidl being a 2 min walk) as well as maybe restaurants, shops and bars!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is a platform which makes it very easy to bring up issues! They do take a while with repairs but they are great when there are emergencies.

Events days are not as bad as I thought they would be - there is always a lot of security around!

Very good and different local bakeries, outlet mall, stadium and grocery shops in the neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are very polite and thorough. I have never faced any problems

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Its only been a few months but i feel right at home. They are very prompt in letting us know about anything going on in the neighbourhood. Lots of food nearby. Love it here!

Amazing neighbourhood, lots of restaurants, pubs and grocery shops. Extremely pet friendly and well connected.

Very swift very orderly, very approachable and always gives a solution

I have dogs and this place is amazing for pet owners. Also theres always something or the other going on in the neighbourhood- its very vibrant!
