Amazing neighbourhood, lots of restaurants, pubs and grocery shops. Extremely pet friendly and well connected.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very swift very orderly, very approachable and always gives a solution

I have dogs and this place is amazing for pet owners. Also theres always something or the other going on in the neighbourhood- its very vibrant!

The best, we have almost everything around us specifically the London designers outlet makes this place exceptionally indispensable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been doing okay with the response time but things do get resolved

The electricity bills are a bit heavyweight which I didn’t know before this.

The good aspects are the location, as it is close to grocery shops and also the designer outlet. The only bad aspect is the lack of parking.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They took a while to fix one of my issues, which was the WiFi in my flat - this took over 6 months to resolve. However with everything else, they were much more timely.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The price of utilities is extremely high compared to other providers, and we are unable to choose our own providers. I wish I knew this.

Good area with transport links and close to the shops you need as well as restaurants and entertainment
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are quite attentive to repairs raised so can’t fault them there
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It’s important to know how the billing system for electricity and heating works. Its managed by the landlord and you can not chose a provider. The bills are produced by the landlord themselves and sometimes it can be more expensive to heat the flat compared to the average flat so be wary of this. Good thing is internet is included in the rent and its fast so you don’t need to pay for that.

Everything is good only when there’s game or something at Wembley that’s the issue slow internet packed with people outside
