Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking is a hassle, always getting tickets, because people park in front of your bay blocking it, and some park in your bay, and there's nothing they can do about it, they say find a alternative parking that means park out the estate on another street which is like 10 mins walk its so ridiculous. Bin collection: bin people are always dropping rubbish while collection and it rubbish left everywhere, the area is very nice as you have asda and Morriston, b&m, matalan and loads of takeaway. But there's alway road works and then just to go down the road 10 mins it take you over a hour sometime lot lot more.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very poor defects repair, repairs are still not resolved. Repairs are still waiting, this was meant to be resolved before covid, but it wasn't, then in covid they said they couldn't and now still its not done

The quality of material used in the houses, and the heat in summer, is unbearable

Due to lockdown is really boring living in this part of London because everything is very far away. There aren't many open spaces to walk around and exercise. Parking around the building has become a problem because everybody is working from home and the cars are parked everywhere. There's isn't any traffic noise which is good, and the neighbors are almost all very nice.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish that I had known how little there is to do and see in Colindale. This is a really nice neighborhood for families with children and individuals who like peace and quiet. And I really pray for the new and bigger tube station in Colindale because it's really small and the neighborhood keeps getting bigger and bigger so in the rush hours can be chaotic.

What is the best feature of your home:

We met our landlord only once because we are renting the flat through the agency. We like the apartment because it is spacious and has really nice furniture. It's very well equipped with everything we need. The next tenants will be pleased with it, I am sure of it.

I like the fact that it's very clean around the buildings but the neighborhood isn't that well mainteined.

It would be nice to have a roof over the balcony, but that's not that important.

The only thing you can open to get some fresh air in the living room is the balcony door so I would definitely put some windows that could stay open when it rains.

Up and coming area, nice residential developments with a growing number of restaurants, but still needs to grow some more. Transport links are overall ok, however north west London hasn’t got the best links to get to north London.
