I love living at the chain the local amenities are great. The management team are so friendly and helpful the only downside to the chain is the parking issue it would be nice to have a area for guests to park when they visit but other than that the location is great and very peaceful
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and Efficiently Building management are contactable via phone or email and go over and above to deal with any queries. A special mention to concierge (especially Mohammed) who is Professional and friendly.

That there is no where it park near not even where you can pay

The area is great! The development is round the corner from the high street and Walthamstow tube station is under 10 mins walk away and 2 overground stations are just as easy to walk to.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management is not responsible yet as I’m within the 2 years of purchasing the flat so in 6 months I’ll let you know!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The cost of heating/ hot water - the daily standing charge is exorbitant and I don’t think the solar panels are helping residents in reducing any bills. The L&Q energy costs were not made clear when purchasing the property.

Plenty of local spots, easy transport, friendly neighbours & concierge area. Lack of parking & intercom is faulty.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had bird droppings on our balcony. The property manager called and asked us about whether it has been cleaned or not as we requested before move in.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish we had realise the bathroom cover wasn’t properly fitted.

Transport links are fantastic and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by. Parking is poor and convenient shops could be open a little later than they currently are.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve only been in the property a few months so have yet to report anything so I’m unable to comment on this
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How to use things like the oven, towel rack and thermostat. The manual in the welcome back was for a different model oven. I had to look up the correct model for the manual. The instructions for the towel rack and thermostat are very basic, the towel rack literally says to turn the switch on in the utility cupboard. However there are programs on the rack and it doesn’t tell you how to use them. I had to watch a YouTube video for the thermostat as again the user guide provided provided minimal instructions
