A great location to live!

Nikz (Tenant)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Royal Wharf is definitely a great location to live, with good transport connections via the DLR, Jubilee line, it not too far from the new Elizabeth line at Custom House, and also the Thames Clipper Uber boat service at Royal Wharf pier.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It takes a while to find out who you need to speak to

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The number of buildings that were going to be built in the development

Very poor amenities, pub was a year late, health centre the same and still not open. Very few shops, promised much when purchased and 3 years on still very little here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the accessibility to central London as well as other areas. The area is extremely clean and the amenities are good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Living in a largely populated development can get very noisy at times
