I want to say a big thank you to Karolina Madrzecka as she is a wonderful person. She help me to do the right choice and I am very happy with my new home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

She was very prompt abd happy to help , she could find a solution for all my question and I want to say a big thank you

I don't have any issues at the moment. Everything looks to be alright

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Concierge services and private gated parking is excellent. However, noise from scrap yards and factories is very very loud.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had an issue with balcony door which took ages to get fixed. But this was partly due to housing agent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we knew how loud it was and ease of access to shops

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The place is not bad but it suppose to be more amenities and shops to cover all the residents exigencies. Some residents are very rude and they don't respect basic rules such us keep the music down especially during the weekends and during the night. Very annoying for the rate of the rent. Landscape is great but is not enough for a good quality of life. Nothing special.

Noises suppose to be managed better in order to respect everyone.

What is the best feature of your home:

Nice space with good furniture. Nice landscape. Good general conditions.

I’ve lived here since 2013 and have seen the development flourish it offers an amazing locale and the community has gone from strength to strength the neighbours have been lovely!

The electricity can only be supplied by Eon and is very expensive

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like how near the property is to the station, it's literally a 3 minute walk which is perfect. There's quite an absence of shops and pubs which means I do a lot of online shopping and travel into the city for leisure. There is a park right nearby which is lovely in summer. Bin collection is great and parking is readily available for guests and family. The noise is quite an issue with lots of families, construction work and anti social behaviour by young kids/teenagers late at night. I feel safe where I live, but it can be quite distracting and hard to have peace and quiet when needed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd know that the gym was quite small, as this stops me exercising as much as I'd want to on site. I also wish I knew about the noise around the flat for when I need downtime.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

It can get quite noisy at times, I wish the design had made thicker walls and people were more conscious of social hours (especially whilst everyone is locked down)
