Center of Cardiff! We don't get any outside noise. Having everything on your door step. With any center theirs always crowds of drunk people but 24hr security/front of house is worth paying extra for. We feel very Safe and secure

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Toilet started to continously flush, I reported it to Aled on reception, Hayden phoned me and came right over. I was concerned I'd have a massive water bill but it was done in less than 25 minutes. Had no other problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking at £200 a month is very expensive, It's still cheaper than the other similar sites we viewed.

Great transport links being right next to the train station and above the bus station. Having a car is not needed but there is the option of onsite parking. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants at your fingertips. The only negative is the bin collections and the sound of bottles being emptied during the night from the establishments on at the end of St Mary Street. However, this could be expected in any city with such a central location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues that we have had have been resolved promptly and to a great standard. Haydn is a superstar! We had an issue that a set of drawers was slightly water damaged due to a burst pipe in the apartment next door and management replaced the drawers for free! Couldn’t ask more from such a friendly and effective team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When we first moved into our apartment, we wish we had been more informed about the costs associated with living there, particularly regarding bills and council tax. As the apartment was newly built, the management team couldn’t provide definitive information on these expenses due to pending confirmations from the relevant authorities. They did offer an estimate, suggesting a council tax band that turned out to be incorrect, leading to significantly higher costs than we had initially anticipated. While it wasn’t entirely their fault, having accurate information upfront would have better prepared us for the financial commitment. However this should not be a problem now, as the building is now nearly 18 months old.

I received parcel on behalf of my friend who is about to come to uk . I received his parcel fortunately because it would have been returned most probably cause he is not the tenant here. Mr. More helped me out though.

Close to shops good location nice and modern gym and close to train station which is convenient. Also has a roof top terrace.

Yes no issues with building management everything is good.

Close to Bute park which is lovely pet friendly and city centre literally on your door step

Close to local shops city centre 2 minutes away and next door to train station. Sometimes bit noisy on weekends and hallways get hot.

Yes problems have been resolved but not as quickly as I liked
