Area is so good, nice place to rent! All the neighbours are nice, it’s pretty comfortable live right there. I really like Hamid, he is a resident team member. Sure helps the neighbour a lot! Its man is true friendly and kind.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It’s all good, they will get the problem resolved on time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They got them all. I just wish the place I rent is clean and comfortable. Can do whatever I want. That’s what I have now

Living in Alameda at Wembley Park has been a great experience! The area is vibrant, well-connected, and offers a great balance between city life and green spaces. The biggest advantage is the convenience—Wembley Park Station is just a short walk away, making commuting into Central London seamless. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and has a great community feel. I particularly love the modern amenities, well-maintained buildings, and the variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby, including the London Designer Outlet and BOXPARK. Having Wembley Stadium and the OVO Arena so close adds to the buzz, making it an exciting place to live. On the downside, event days can get quite busy, with increased foot traffic and some road closures. Parking can also be a challenge, but with excellent public transport and local facilities, it’s rarely an issue. Overall, Alameda in Wembley Park is a fantastic place to live, offering comfort, convenience, and a lively atmosphere!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It's good, but there is room for improvement. However got smooth and Professional Assistance from Abdi & Farouk

Event days can be busy—plan for crowds and traffic.

Lots of shops nearby in the outlet, ranging from fashion to making last minute gift shopping really easy. There are also a lot of chain restaurants, cafes, and a pub close by for the weekends all within walking distance. Tons of supermarkets nearby, including an Asian supermarket which suits all of our needs. We especially love the plethora of green spaces nearby that are pet-friendly and allow our dog to play in an enclosed space off-leash, which is rare in London. This was a huge selling point for us. It is also really easy to get into central via the Jubilee and Met line, making commuting relatively convenient for us.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management used to respond to repair requests quickly before, but this has slowed down in our experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The location of the flat - some may dislike how close the building is to the stadium. During event days, Wembley Park becomes quite busy and the main boulevard gets blocked off when events end, making it more difficult to go home as one would need to walk a slightly longer route through the back. In our experience, it is not too inconvenient if you plan ahead, and management will notify us if there are road closures and events etc beforehand. This all depends on personal preference.

wembley park is the best place to live, the tube station is close by and well connected to the centre, the shops in the area comprise all categories and the london designer outlet is definitely a plus; i wouldn't want to rent anywhere else in london!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

the issues we have raised have eventually been solved but in some cases we would've expected them to intervene sooner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

i genuinely think this place offers everything a tenant might need or want, I haven't found myself wishing i knew more. maybe i'd tell myself to be less anxious about moving because in the end everything worked out!

There are many great shops the tube and a lot of food restaurants. There are retail places nearby like a restaurant named Masalchi which is really good !

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Abdi was great helping me locate my mail. There has been a delay with some maintenance issues following the transition from one management to the other.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d know that there would be a change in management and what this would mean over the course of my tenancy
