Like -There are so many facilities available e.g shops like Primark and restaurants like Creams. Dislike - The shops close very early which is inconvenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management are great, the respond quickly and get things done quickly.

I wish I knew about which floor I was living on before.

Likes availability of stores proximity to transit Ease of getting to central london Dislikes I have to go to the basement to drop off the garbage no air con in the apartment space

I wish i knew packages could not come directly to the apartment

I would add air con to my apartment as it grts very hot durinng the summer

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Like - The development is very close to Wembley Central Station which makes it easier for me to travel. Dislike - During event days, Wembley gets very crowded due to the people visiting the stadium.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I go through Foxtons when I have issues and they fix them fairly well, I've had no hassle with them.

I wish I knew about the cockroach infestation in my room before I move down in.

Likea fast developing area many shops grest transport links Dislikes so many people especially around match days

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We previously had a water leakage problem in our apartment. Building managment responded slowly and they took a while to fix the leakage

Water leaking problem in the whole apartment structure problem

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Like - Wembley is a convienient area as everything is local such as the shops and transport links. Dislike - Lots of noise due to traffic which is annoying, it loud even on the 11th floor.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management respond to issues pretty well, I am satisfied with their service so far.

There's nothing I wish I knew before I moved in, it was fine.
