The area is quiet and feels safe, but there’s not much selection when it comes to groceries, and there aren’t many affordable restaurants in the vicinity.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

For any onsite maintenance, they’re usually quite quick to respond.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the rent increase year on year would be so drastic. After all, they are a management company – they profit from tenants, they're not here to help you.

Great locality to shops and services. Convenient public transport into central London. Clean area and felt safe at all times within the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Timely and politely. They were good at communicating when and how things were dealt with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how many pop up stores and events take place as this was a bonus.

Area is clean and buzzing with activities. Good restuarants and pubs. Shopping Mall next to the property and cinemas also next to it make the social life also buzzing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response to the issues have been delayed and the satisfaction level has reduced.

Had I known customer service of the landlord would be this bad, my decision might have been different.

Parking is a non existence possibility as it’s so expensive, Wembley Park is very far from central. There’s a lack of proper supermarkets nearby. The dog runs are good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were fairly responsive until I was trying to negotiate the 20% rent increase

That they would hike the rent by huge amounts year upon year

I love the proximity to Boxpark, the outlet, grocery stores - you never really have to leave the area for anything. It’s super safe as there’s always security patrolling and police due to game days. Parking is very expensive but it’s not the most accessible by car anyway and the transport links are great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No, I submitted requests but they were never responded to

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, Quintain was super transparent about everything and answered all queries quickly and with a lot of detail
