Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The environment is quite good in the local area but sometimes the neighbours are a bit noisy, especially when the children are crying and running in the corridor, could be inconvenient for tenants who work from home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some of my home facilities are broken, such as the hobs and door bell system could not be used. Otherwise, the rest is good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Neighbourhood structure. I wish I could have know whether my neighbours having many children, which really had an impact.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is lovely, there are so many lovely restaurants and cafes around. Transportation is also very good; you can get pretty much anywhere from the underground station. Also not loud considering it’s next to the stadium.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everyone has been incredibly helpful and forthcoming. Especially Maria always goes above and beyond to help!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe inform potential tenants that they have to sort out their own council tax, as email is not very clear about that.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area feels very secure, safe and clean. Wembley Park is quite far from central London, but Met line can get you into the city in 20 minutes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Super positively and happily helped out with questions throughout my 2 years here.

Everything is as advertised - so nothing I wish I had known before coming here

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I live in Madison West since Aug 2021. This place created for me lovely memories as I managed to meet lots of lovely neighbours with whom we organised parties, birthdays, dinners, outdoor activities etc. I like the close proximity of amenities (shops, station) and I feel safe in the area if it happens to return home late.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management always assisted me with care and kindness.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Initially I came only for 6 months. I wish I knew I was to stay longer. I would get those contract offers for 2 years. I wish there would be some offers for the renewal.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: Nice, New development building, luckily I have good neighbors all professional workers, never heard any noises coming from any apartment, quite good social area and less crowded than other buildings, super nice management which will add to the positive sides of being a resident in this building, particularly Greg, Shane, Antony and Carla. Negative side: I did not do my research around the neighborhood, limitations you get during wembley events and sometimes station is also closed during weekend. Should not go outside of wembley park area as it is completely a different neighborhood and very rough.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

the best part of being a resident in this building is knowing the building management team under Greg’s supervision.

Rough neighborhood around wembley high street, Brent council, wembley events causing disruption during weekends.
