Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The environment is quite good in the local area but sometimes the neighbours are a bit noisy, especially when the children are crying and running in the corridor, could be inconvenient for tenants who work from home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some of my home facilities are broken, such as the hobs and door bell system could not be used. Otherwise, the rest is good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Neighbourhood structure. I wish I could have know whether my neighbours having many children, which really had an impact.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love living in the Wembley Park area- it is quiet but still has a lot of things going on. It has the London feel without being too busy. There are great tube line connections and it is in a good location. The area is clean and has lots of restaurants and good options for entertainment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and efficiently- I can log a concern via the app and then I get contacted the next working day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking access is restricted during gameday which is good for protection but occasionally has caused trouble for visitors parking in Quintain properties

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love living here, it's such a vibrant neighborhood, and the building is part of that, although it became quite expensive to live here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They've always responded promptly and they're always helpful giving both online and in-person assistance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The metropolitan line is the fastest way to Central London, but it isn't that reliable and can get quite packed during commuting time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A wonderful area to live in! There are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and green spaces, making it a lively yet comfortable place to call home. The only improvement would be fewer event days at the stadium and more schools rated Outstanding. Overall, a fantastic location with so much to offer!

They have always been helpful and quick to resolve issues.

I wish I had known about Daniel’s Den (toddler group) earlier; I only found out after living here for a year.”

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great development brilliant transport links and lots of free events all the time for the whole community. Never seen any anti social behaviour even when we have events very well policed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues sorted very very quickly never had any issues.

I would recommend this location to anyone. Obviously busy on event days but plenty of notice and if you don’t like crowds don’t live next to a stadium
