City centre living at its best with all bars, restaurants close by and easy access to train station.

Yes all requests were dealt with by Laura who goes above and beyond her job description

Awesome gym - be sure to make good use of it! We do:)

Good location. Great surroundings, close to Leeds Liverpool canal, train station and restaurants and pubs

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All the time respond quickly and efficiently. No complaints

Utility bills prices for a more accurate budget before moving in

Its close to the train station so thats great. Also not too far from major groceries outlets. Above all, it is energy efficient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Proactive with issues raised. Communication on when issues raised would be fixed as also be clear and effective

Clear communication of 4 months warranty on appliances and equipment

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location and great facilities. Lots of life but no noise at all. Lots of dogs around which is great

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great so far, but there weren't a lot of issues. Usually quick to respond

Noise from trains in Canalside wasn't bearable. So we had to move to Brickworks and there it's better

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely surrounding area looking out onto the canal. Fantastic facilities such as the gym and other communal areas like the terrace and the hideaway. Friendly staff who are always willing to offer a helping hand where possible

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always responded promptly and efficiently fixing any issues asked
