Wembley Park is a beautiful location with a lot of pedestrian areas and greenery. Home for many young professionals, the area is extremely well connected, with Metropolitan and jubilee line and train from Wembley stadium station. The only downside is that on weekend is can get very busy due to the events at the stadium

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always, very responsive . Changed the sofa as soon as requested, fixed issues with the windows and other furniture. Helped with problems with some white goods

Very friendly people living in the building. Everyone is happy to have a quick chat

Kind off decent ,the traffic noise is definitely ok but the sirens of ambulances and police is a little more.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Decently good enough.but they can do better and improve on the turn around time for issues.

That people of the building would not be friendly.

The location is excellent - close to Wembley Park station, boxpark and london designer outlet. The transport links were the main attraction for us living in Wembley Park - the metropolitan line is fast, and the night tube jubilee line is a big bonus.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had a few leaks and management have been fast to respond

That the cladding removal works would be happening and how long they would take

Lots of supermarket choice - Lidl, Sainsbury's, asda, coop Wembley park station good links to city but often very crowded at peak times Quiet on the street, no noise complaints Obviously olympic way gets very busy during event days but you just get used to it

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually responds very quickly. Sometimes a bit of a language barrier with the maintenance person who comes but not consequential

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were not told that a balcony refurbishment was going to start within months of us moving in. This led to us not being able to use the balcony for about 2 years

The location couldn’t be better really. Minutes from the tube, minutes from the shops. Quiet enough to not hear all the unwanted noise. Only thing is: phone reception is awful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A bit of email ping pong but we got there. Usually takes a few days and a bit of figuring out who’s actually going to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

5G broadband is a waste of time here. Parking permits cost the earth and car insurance isn’t cheap either, especially when you share the car park with a hotel.
