Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great variety of local shops, restaurants and facilities nearby, as well as open spaces, transport links are excellent! Living on Olympic Way has been an awsoem experience, the only slight downside is the aftermath of event days, but within 2 hours it's like nothing happened.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Effectively and efficiently, we've had little hassle getting the needed work done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Coming from a hot country, I assumed aircon would be standard in a climate controlled building, but only heating is present. In summer this presents a challenge, so I had to purchase a portable aircon for my bedroom.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living by the Wembley Stadium is very nice. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and bars. A lot of markets including ASDA, Lidl, COOP and Sinsbury's. It is 2 minutes away from the tube station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall, the management responds quickly to your problems.

I wish I could see both merevale and fridman house.

The biggest advantage of this area is that is only 15 min tube ride to Central London. Also the area is very modern and very close to good shops and restaurants

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With any problems there was management was always very helpful!

That make the most from amenities and events that are amazing!

Very close to subway station. Very nice place to live in with restaurants, shops and entertainment all around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When we first moved in we had some problems with the lights and fridge and they fixed that. However they still havent fixed a door handle that came broken

Very close to Lidl for cheap groceries and very good indian food in wembley central.

Extra good place close to everything lots of people lots of grocery stores around and the apartment has a noce view

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very good, we have an issue with the bathroom when we joined and it was fixed quickly

I got amazed after moving because i noticed we have everything here
