The station is ONLY 4 mins walk! Everything’s nearby from shops, restaurants, high street, groceries, salon, you name it! Parking nearby at Morrisons and B&Q.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart and Teresa have both been super helpful! It’s only been a week and they’ve solved all our problems within a flash! They’re both so kind and friendly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How smooth everything was going to be The ‘professional cleaning’ hadn’t been done properly so maybe change who you use.

The location is fantastic. 3 minutes walk to Sutton Station. Close by to major supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team have been amazing with the transition of moving in. It was smooth sailing from beginning to end.

Definitely consider moving here! Its in a great location and you won’t be disappointed.

A very convenient location with nice shops and restaurants around. The Sutton station is just around the corner.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We reported maintenance issue concerning the cooker hood. Stuart came shortly after to repair the light and replace the filter paper. He is very helpful and friendly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

So far so good, it would be even better if we could know more about the furniture (size, condition, etc.) for better preparation, esp. for tenants coming from abroad.

The location of building is very good. Proximity to everything be it station, bus stops or day to day grocerries.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management is very kind and resolve all the issues promptly

There is nothing as such which I want to point out over here. I got all what I need

High proximity to high street with large variety of shops and supermarkets such as Morrisons, M&S and ALDI. 2 minutes from the train station and various bus stops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Property is managed well, swift response and well informed of the progress after repair request was sent to the property management team.

So far so good, everything is being introduced and not much extra you need to prepare except for the mattress
